What are the types of grafting?

Finishing are different variants to personalize our products individually. Depending on the nature of the surface, different types are possible:

Screen printing

This printing is a direct printing process in which the ink is pressed through a fabric directly onto the product to be printed. The openings in the fabric are made impermeable to color at the points where color is not to pass through. The printing plate is fixed in a machine and the ink is applied….

Pad printing

Pad printing is an indirect printing process in which a printing form is first created and the print motif is then transferred to the product via a stamp made of silicone rubber. Due to the elasticity of the stamp, even slightly curved surfaces can be printed well with this method.

Engraving

Engraving or laser marking are finishes that use an intense laser beam to apply your logo to metallic surfaces. By removing material, laser markings are waterproof, smudge-proof and very durable.

Doming

Doming is the euphemism for a technology used to produce a 3D sticker with a surface coating that usually has a glassy, highly transparent appearance. This coating can be used to effectively enhance the aesthetic effect on many surfaces.

Digital printing ( C M Y K )

In this printing process, the printed image is transferred directly from a computer to a printing press without using a static printing form. The printing system is usually an electrographic printing system such as a laser printer designed for high volume print runs.

UV Digital Printing ( W + C M Y K )

The main difference to conventional digital printing is that the ink does not fully penetrate the material, but lies on top of the printing material. This makes it possible to print on almost all materials. The color is cured with ultraviolet light, so white is also possible here as a fifth mixed color.

Blind embossing

This is an embossed printing without color. Blind embossing is suitable for soft base materials such as leather or imitation leather and makes a print motif appear noble and unobtrusive.

Hot stamping

Hot stamping is “hot stamping” without ink, the difference from conventional blind stamping is that the stamping die is hot pressed into the material.
