Can I exchange goods?

In principle, refined products and all orders from companies can not be exchanged. For orders including finishing, you will receive a digital preview from us before we send your items to print. Only when you approve them, we start the actual production – so in the end you get exactly the promotional item you imagined. Of course, you also have the option to order a sample in advance.
