Shipping within Germany
Shipping within Germany is carried out by the parcel service commissioned by us.
We charge the freight costs according to expenditure / number of pieces plus the transport insurance.
We deliver either directly to your company address or neutrally to a delivery address of your choice with a delivery bill provided by you.
For the delivery of the goods, we need a postal address where you or your customer can actually be found and receive the goods personally. This is the only way to guarantee delivery. Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible. Direct trade fair delivery must be coordinated in advance and is only possible to a limited extent; additional costs may be incurred in this case.
As multiple delivery by the shipping service provider may cause further costs, we strongly request our customers to ensure that they are ready to receive the delivery. For your information, you will receive a tracking number from us simultaneously with the shipment of the goods, from which you can track the respective delivery status and the expected delivery date.
Special features of shipping within the EU
Within the EU, our goods are also shipped by the delivery service UPS. The freight costs depend on the UPS tariff zone of the respective delivery country and are usually higher than for shipping within Germany. Here we calculate the costs according to expenditure / number of pieces plus a transport insurance.
Otherwise, the same conditions apply for the delivery of the goods as for shipping within Germany.
Delivery to Switzerland and other countries outside the EU
We also deliver to Switzerland and, if necessary, other delivery countries outside the EU. Here it is necessary to take into account some special features. Shipping costs are usually higher, due to separate fees and a higher effort in shipping clearance. For the shipment of goods to these countries, we require a proforma invoice from our customers. It applies that the exporter must generally prepare an export declaration from a goods value of 1,000 euros or a weight of 1,000 kilograms.
Delivery as neutral shipping directly to your customers
We will gladly take care of shipping the goods directly and neutrally to your customer with your delivery bill and in your name. All we need from you is the shipping address and the delivery bill you have created in the form of a pdf file. Direct shipping saves time and costs, as additional transport routes are eliminated and the goods reach your customer faster. Another positive side effect is that this reduces CO2 emissions and we thus make a contribution to our environment. One more note: No promotional brochures are included with the merchandise when it is shipped.
Express shipping
If you need the goods with accelerated shipping time, we can offer you express shipping upon request. The prices for this depend on the parcel weight, the desired delivery time and the delivery location. Please contact us directly for this purpose.
Delivery times
Our standard delivery time for standard products is approx. 10 working days after order clarity ex warehouse Germany, i.e. after clarification of all prerequisites necessary for production, such as print approval. The delivery time depends on the product, for certain products such as concrete USB sticks or powerbanks there may be longer delivery times. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inform yourself in time about the delivery time for the product you want.
Due to the ongoing Corona pandemic, there may currently be delivery delays of up to approximately 10 business days.
Please note for shipping that the associated customs processes, if any, as well as holidays, must be additionally considered in terms of time. This applies in particular to deliveries abroad.
